Local Pickup:
Orders must be picked up within 60 days from the fulfillment date. If orders are not picked up within 60 days, it will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.
Returns:
All candles may be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be unlit & can not be damaged in any way. Please bring your text or email receipt.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items sold on sale/clearance items are final and can not be returned.
Shipping:
Once it leaves Laurel Rose Co. it is no longer our responsibility. Feel free to contact your local post office. At USPS all of their employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered.
If your package has been damaged please take photos of the damaged items and file a claim with USPS. All of our packages are shipped with USPS insurance.
